In the family I spent my childhood in my dad liked to have things quiet. He worked extremely hard at his job and running a farm so when he sat down for the evening he did not like a fantastic deal of noise or activity going on around him. We could have the tv on low or he would put on albums of classical music. It was the only music he would listen in to. Then I started a dating a youthful man in college that listened to country western music at all times. He liked the beat of the music & the stories that the majority of of the songs told.
